Understand your daily life to identify where AI makes sense
Before talking about tools and techniques, we always start with your reality: how your teams work, where time is lost, where mistakes happen, and how information flows. The objective of a business analysis is not to “do AI” in principle, but to identify concrete uses where AI can improve your daily tasks.
Methodology
We're starting off big: a first exchange where you present your activity to us as a whole. From there, we define together two or three specific tasks that deserve to be explored, places where AI could really bring performance to your business.
Once these tasks have been identified, we analyze the associated processes in depth: Who intervenes when, what tools are used, where are the points of friction, etc.
When the processes are clarified and fleshed out, we can then formulate recommendations for improvement using AI. Concretely, it can mean automating a repetitive part, speeding up a step, making a check more reliable or making information easier to find.
The result takes the form of a clear and prioritized note, that takes into account your constraints (budget, security, languages, tools already in place). It serves as a basis for deciding which AI projects to launch first.

During a business analysis in a law firm, we noticed that they received a lot of paper documents and lost a lot of time sorting, processing and archiving them. We described the current process, highlighted time wasters and sources of error, and then proposed a more fluid method — using AI to analyze and guide documents so that they get to the right place more quickly.
At the concluding meeting, we presented our observations and recommendations, which we adjusted directly with the client. He then validated the transition to concrete action, opening phase 2 of the project: Automation & Implementation.
